Rachel Jane Cooke is an integrative psychotherapist, supervisor and educator from Ireland, in practice since 2009. She is currently based in London with a full independent practice, runs online therapy platform P-Therapy, consults to charities and social enterprises, and had a five year weekly radio segment on 2FM discussing sex and relationships. She published a book in 2023 on racism and oppression in therapy. Rachel speaks and facilitates widely – on podcasts, and through public, professional and organisational workshops – on topics including conflict skills, trauma, nervous system support, structural power dynamics, sex, gender and the full spectrum of relationships.
