I have been working in Colorectal and Stoma care for 26 years both within the NHS and now as the clinical lead at Salts Healthcare. I have a strong passion for leadership and Governance and want to bring this to the forefront of our speciality. I believe strong clinical leadership can encourage and promote service excellence and thus improve patient care.
