I am the clinical Governance Lead at Salts Healthcare, where I am passionate about supporting our clinical team to deliver safe, effective and patient centred care My clinical background includes extensive experience in gastroenterology, colorectal and stoma care, alongside leadership roles in nurse management and development both in the NHS and private sector A key part of my role is ensuring that clinical governance drives continuous improvement, helping our practice evolve to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. I have prepared supported the team through CQC inspection, embedding a culture of accountability, learning and excellence. I believe behind every safe time is strong clinical governance, enabling patients to remain at the heart of everything we do.
