Request a Change for your ASCNUK26 Booking

You can use the form below to upgrade, cancel or amend delegate and exhibitor bookings, switch attendees, provide outstanding exhibitor or speaker details, and add or update dietary, access, personal, billing or PO information. You can also use the form to request a payment link.

While you can switch out delegates/exhibitors with this form, you cannot use the form below to add more people to your booking. Please book additional delegates or exhibitors to do this.
