Paul Russell-Roberts is an experienced Stoma Care Nurse Specialist and Education Manager with more than 25 years in surgical nursing, including 12 years in stoma care and 8 years dedicated to nurse education. In his role at Coloplast Professional, Paul leads the development and delivery of national education programmes, including the Foundation Course in Stoma Care, Advanced Masterclasses, and leadership initiatives such as “Beyond the Bedside”.

Passionate about evidence-based practice and professional development, Paul has published in national journals, presented at conferences. His work focuses on empowering nurses to build confidence, improve outcomes, and provide best care for people living with a stoma.
