Qualified as a nurse 1983. Jackie has specialised in Stoma Care since 1985 and completed a Post Grad Cert in Advanced Practice (Nursing) 2012. Previously Honorary Secretary for the Association of Stoma Care Nurses UK. She helped to update the Standards document, published 2021. Also, previously Honorary Stoma Care Nurse Specialist Royal Marsden Hospital and was a contributor to the current edition of the Royal Marsden Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures – both the professional and student nurse editions 2020 and 2021. Contributor to three chapters for the ASCN Stoma Care book launched 2023.
